About the company

We are currently partnered with an exciting Salesforce partner who are currently expanding their team. They work mainly on exciting projects that support amazing non-profit organisations to help them achieve their goals and raise funds for millions of people around the world.


About the role

As a Salesforce Consultant you will play an important role in working on these projects with various clients, supporting the client through workshops, working closely with key stakeholders, building and configuring Salesforce to deliver successful projects. As a Salesforce consultant, you will not only be hands-on within the projects, but you will also play an important role in providing guidance and mentorship to other team members and supporting your clients throughout the implementation.


Requirements

The skills and experience required of the Senior Salesforce Consultant will include, but not be limited to:

  • Excellent hands-on Salesforce configuration skills
  • Experience leading projects
  • Great experience with products including NPSP and Non-profit Cloud along with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
  • Previous experience working within a Salesforce partner/consultancy
  • Salesforce certified administrator
  • Experience leading requirements gathering sessions and liaising with key stakeholders
  • Ability to translate requirements between technical and non-technical teams
