About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Functional Consultant to join our team at Aretiforce | B Corp™. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing Salesforce applications to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Configuration: Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet client requirements.
  • Business Analysis: Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and design solutions.
  • Support and Training: Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the benefits of Salesforce.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with developers to design and implement custom features and integrations.
  • Training Delivery: Assist in the development and delivery of Salesforce training sessions for clients and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Functional Consultant.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator or similar certification is required; additional certifications like Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Advanced Administrator are highly desirable.
  • Skills: Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally other Salesforce products. Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
