Financial Services Company Seeks Experienced Salesforce Administrator

TECHOHANA is a dynamic and innovative company in the financial services sector, committed to scaling and reinforcing its Salesforce system and streamlining its processes. We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support and guidance on Salesforce configuration, customization, and maintenance
  • Develop and implement technology solutions to deliver business value and enhance process efficiency
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve defects and improve system performance
  • Upskill internal teams on Salesforce features and functionality, and provide training and support as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, updates, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a proven track record of success in a commercial environment
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and maintenance, including flows, rules, approvals, fields, page layouts, dynamic layouts, apps, and other maintenance routines
  • Experience building, configuring, and automating technology solutions to deliver business value and streamline processes
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience
