About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team at TECHOHANA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our business processes and enhancing our Salesforce system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Design and deliver training programs to upskill internal teams on Salesforce features and functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration.
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial success in a Salesforce Administrator capacity.
  • Experience with configuration changes, flows, rules, approvals, fields, page layouts, dynamic layouts, apps, and maintenance routines.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to investigate defects and refer complex bug fixes for future development sprints.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and taking ownership of projects.
