Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager

Location: London (Remote)

Salary: Up to £85,000 DOE

Company Overview: TechOhana is collaborating with an innovative organization that is leading advancements in the Financial Services sector. They are in search of a skilled Salesforce Project Manager to spearhead Salesforce projects, ensuring effective deployment and enhancement of Salesforce solutions to foster business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Salesforce projects from start to finish.
  • Work closely with diverse teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to outline project scope, objectives, and expected outcomes.
  • Create and oversee comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and within-scope project delivery.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business and technical teams, serving as a liaison to ensure mutual understanding.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any emerging issues or risks.
  • Employ project management tools and methodologies to monitor progress, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction through proactive management and resolution of issues.
  • Lead change management initiatives, including training and support for end-users to guarantee successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, particularly with Salesforce implementations and integrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • Salesforce certifications (PMP, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on achieving results.
