As a Commercial Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating and managing sales-related initiatives and projects within Crux Product Design.
In this role, you will collaborate with senior management to plan, manage, and deliver sales projects and campaigns to achieve our business objectives, strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Manage cross-functional teams to deliver multiple sales projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and within budget constraints.
- Sales Campaign Management: Provide project management activities for sales campaigns alongside our marketing initiatives.
- Project Planning: Create detailed project plans, set milestones, and manage risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources for sales projects and manage interdependencies between client projects.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for sales projects and campaigns, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and that expenditures are within budget constraints.
- Feedback and Improvement: Collaborate with sales representatives to gather feedback and insights for program improvements.
- Event Management: Liaise with events and conferences, including handling presentation content, conference stand bookings, and event sponsorship.
- Content Release: Oversee content release post-meeting.
- A minimum of 3 years' project management experience with a track-record of delivering successful projects.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience of planning tasks and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Ability to track project progress and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Experience working within a commercial environment.
- An industry-recognised Project Management qualification or certification.
