Pareto is currently seeking a Facilities Manager/Building Engineer to join us on a permanent basis. We are looking for a vibrant, exciting, and enthusiastic candidate. The right candidate should be a team player who goes above and beyond to achieve success and always prioritize customer support.

Key Skills
  1. In-depth knowledge of HVAC, BMS controls, and general building services.
  2. Ability to work unsupervised at a high standard.
  3. Knowledge of mechanical and various electrical systems, building construction, and associated risks.
  4. Minimum L8 Awareness formal training.
  5. Strong understanding of legal compliance and maintenance standards.
  6. Effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Innovative with improving existing systems and processes.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Windows systems.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Overall responsibility for timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  2. Conduct regular inspections to ensure efficiency and safety of installations.
  3. Maintain records to agreed standards, including testing and inspection.
  4. Perform necessary maintenance on M&E services and installations.
  5. Ensure works meet client requirements and budgets.
  6. Support subcontractor arrangements for maintenance.
  7. Assist in setting maintenance priorities and preparing maintenance projects.
  8. Develop best practice in M&E maintenance.
  9. Implement Asset Management Plan effectively.
  10. Undertake other required works as directed by management.
Qualifications
  • Recognised Mechanical/Electrical engineering qualifications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Project.
  • NVQ Level Minimum.
