Facilities and Helpdesk Administrator

We are looking for a Facilities & Helpdesk Administrator to join our team at Capstone.
Our working environment is fast paced, with each day bringing new challenges. Therefore, strong organisational skills are essential to succeed.
This role will be centred around the Maintenance side of our business, and you will be offering support to our Engineering Supervisor, Operations Manager and Company Directors.
This role is client facing and will be the main point of contact for answering the telephone and welcoming clients into the office. Confidence in these tasks is essential.
- Raising and sending purchase orders for sub-contractor services and materials
- Utilising the helpdesk facility to raise and arrange jobs for reactives, repairs and UJNs
- First point of call for incoming telephone calls
- First point of call for clients visiting the office
- Ordering office consumables such as stationery
- Opening and distributing post
- Printing PPMs at the start of the month and closing down and filing at the end of the month
- Arranging access for site visits including permits where required
- Assisting Engineering Supervisor, Operations Manager and Company Directors with administration tasks as and when necessary.
Preferred Experience: Previously worked in the construction, maintenance, or similar industry, OR helpdesk operation and/or management.
**Requirements**:
- GCSE Education to C standard or above
- Organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication
- Knowledge/understanding of MS Office - Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
Working conditions: Working from our London office in EC3M, Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:00.
Salary will be based on experience, ranging from £23,000 to £25,000.
Direct reports: Operations Manager, Engineering Supervisor, Directors.
