Staffing Coordinator

The key responsibilities of this role are:
- Build positive and productive relationships with clients and candidates for business growth.
- Understand client needs and customize existing staffing to meet their needs.
- Liaise with candidates for up-to-date availability for successful placements.
- Inbound/outbound calls.
- Address client/candidate concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure client/candidate requests are handled timely and accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date sector information.
- Provide client/candidate support and handle communications effectively.
- Work alongside the Compliance Team
Work Hours:Shifts vary, although the working times of the team are:
- Monday - Friday 5 pm - 10 pm.
- Saturday and Sunday 7 am - 3 pm and 3 pm -10 pm.
- Overnights 10 pm - 7 am.
