The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding client needs, and customizing staffing solutions to meet their requirements.

This role involves liaising with candidates to ensure up-to-date availability, making inbound and outbound calls, addressing client and candidate concerns promptly, and ensuring timely and accurate handling of requests.

The successful candidate will also maintain sector information, provide support and handle communications effectively, and work collaboratively with the Compliance Team.

We are looking for a driven, organized individual who can multitask well, has good problem-solving skills, communicates effectively at all levels, and works well as part of a small team.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and development, with a willingness to receive training and take advantage of opportunities within the organization.

Working hours may vary, but shifts typically fall between Monday to Friday (5 pm - 10 pm), Saturday and Sunday (7 am - 3 pm and 3 pm -10 pm), and overnights (10 pm - 7 am).

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
