**Join Our People Services Team as a Dynamic HR Business Support Officer**

Are you ready to make a real impact in a supportive and vibrant work environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Support Officer to join our People Services team, where your administrative prowess and organizational skills will shine.

- **Diverse Responsibilities**:From managing diaries to organizing meetings, responding to queries, and maintaining vital spreadsheets, no two days are the same.
- **Key Contributions**:Play a crucial role in coordinating responses to Freedom of Information requests, VIP correspondence, and managing redeployment and redundancy processes.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Administrative Excellence**:Support People Services with top-notch administrative tasks, including diary management for the Head of People Strategy.
- **Organize & Coordinate**:Arrange meetings, take minutes, and manage People Services mailboxes.
- **Information Management**:Keep our spreadsheets and systems updated and accurate, ensuring data integrity and compliance with GDPR.
- **Collaborate & Communicate**:Work closely with People Business Partners on restructuring activities, and maintain our ICT asset list.
- **Procurement & Reporting**:Order supplies, raise purchase orders, process invoices, and produce staffing, vacancy, and hierarchy reports from Oracle Fusion.

**Work Setup**:

- **Hybrid Model**:This role offers a combination of home working and in-office presence. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely for the majority of the week, with an expectation to be in the office two days a week.
