Office & Business Support Assistant

City Group are recruiting for a Office & Business support assistant to work across all departments within the family run office.
**Duties**
- Assist with client enquiry processing and communication response with clients
- Support with stock orders for clients
- Ensure work is prioritised to meet time related targets and both company and client demands
- Support the Maintenance Helpdesk with incoming queries and administrative reports.
- Support with reconciling client accounts
- Support HR with staff rotas when needed
Using Microsoft software including Outlook / Word and Excel ensure high quality output particularly of outgoing correspondence.
**Requirements**:
- Experience within a similar role.
- Experience of administration within an office environment.
- Experience of sales or recruitment desirable but not essential.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £15,000.00 per year
