**Overview**:
Samlesbury Hall is a well-established historic manor house and hospitality venue. We host an average of 100 weddings a year in our stunning 14th century Hall and our beautiful Heritage Café, in addition to providing professional spaces for conferences and a variety of other functions. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised and motivated individual to come and join our fantastic Weddings & Events team.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Your duties will include:

- the planning, organising and staffing of both weddings and events within our gorgeous Hall and Café, liaising with clients to understand their wedding vision and preferences.
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding day.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Oversee setup, breakdown, and logistics during wedding days.
- You may be required to work in other hospitality departments, so a flexible can-do attitude is essential for the successful applicant, as well as an understanding that function days may be longer than a typical 8 hour day and will not be your traditional 9am - 5pm. Usual working pattern will be Wednesday-Sunday inclusive of weekends (some degree of flexibility may be required on some function days).

**About you**:
