**About Our Client**:
Our client is a reputable company in the Media and Agency industry. Located in Preston, the company is known for its commitment to innovation and providing excellent service to their clients.

The HR Administrator duties will include:

- Provide support to the HR team, including record-keeping and file maintenance
- Assist in the recruiting process by posting jobs, reviewing resumes, and performing telephone screenings.
- Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, training, surveys, and community outreach events.
- Process documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations and classifications.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Manage employee engagement activities.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful HR Administrator should have:

- CIPD level 3+ qualified or working towards qualification
- Proven experience as an HR administrator, HR administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Awareness of UK employment legislation.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, IT Literate with the ability to use a range of packages
