- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrolment and changes
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping
- Support HR team with various administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Manage HRIS system and ensure data integrity
- Assist with employee relations issues and provide support to employees as needed
- Contribute to social media management for HR initiatives

- CIPD Qualification or equivalent or a willingness to work towards
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRIS systems (Access People) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
