HR & Office Administrator

The HR & Office Administrator is responsible for providing a friendly and welcoming experience for ADI staff, clients and visitors, along with supporting the wider HR function with a range of administrative tasks whilst upholding high levels of confidentiality.
The post-holder will also take responsibility for the administrative processes behind Matchday Resourcing, including communication with both ADIs clients and contractors.
You will be responsible for a range of general administrative, logístical and coordination tasks as well as playing an active role in maintaining a positive culture and fun working environment as part of the wider HR team. During the short listing phase, we will provide you with a full role profile for the HR Administrator position.
You will be comfortable working on your own initiative as well as being part of small team and be able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
