The successful candidate will have marketing agency experience, having worked as an Account Executive or an Account Manager for 2+ years. You will be comfortable working with international clients on global projects, identifying opportunities for business growth, and delivering projects and campaigns to an excellent standard.


You'll be joining a friendly, high-performing team, with interesting work delivering high profile campaigns and the opportunity for some international travel, visiting our global network of clients and supporting delivery of international events in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage campaigns from start to finish across all channels, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
  • Bring a creative, constructive approach to conceptualisation discussions throughout campaigns and be willing to offer ideas.
  • Work efficiently with the creative team, providing clear briefs and instructions.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and the client throughout projects, ensuring budgets are kept within client expectations.
  • Work closely with the Account Director in monitoring meeting schedules, client expectations and raising potential challenges when required.
  • Take a keen interest in proofing and checking all work, making sure that all creative is consistent and correct.
  • Maintain clear and strong communication between all stakeholders including client, creative team and suppliers.
  • Build a good understanding of the clients' business.
  • Manage key marketing activities, taking ownership and responsibility for projects.
  • Ensure the prompt delivery of assets and materials/ components for campaigns and events.
  • Develop, maintain and grow relationships with clients.
  • Make use of excellent written communication skills and provide written copy when required.
  • Be confident in managing the delegation of tasks where appropriate.
  • Support other Account Team members when necessary.
  • Be prepared to travel internationally on occasion, for example to meet clients and support events as needed.


Key Requirements:

  • Ideally 2+ years' experience in account management in a marketing agency, as either an Account Manager or Account Executive.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Comfortable presenting to clients in person and online.
  • Flexible, team player - collaborative approach
  • Fantastic time management skills
  • Great organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Self-motivated with an eye for detailEffective campaign management
