We are looking for an experienced Account Executive or an Account Manager to join our friendly, high-performing team in our busy marketing agency. You will work with international clients on global projects, identifying opportunities for business growth, and delivering projects and campaigns to an excellent standard.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working with international clients, and will have a marketing agency background. This role mainly focuses on campaign delivery, but will also include some international travel, from visiting our global network of clients to supporting delivery of events & exhibitions internationally, from the UK and Europe, to Asia, Africa and the Americas.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage campaigns from start to finish across all channels, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.Bring a creative approach to conceptualisation discussions throughout campaigns and be willing to offer ideas.
Work efficiently with the creative team, providing clear briefs and instructions.
Provide regular updates to both senior management and the client throughout projects ensuring budgets are kept within client expectations.
Work closely with the Account Director in monitoring meeting schedules, client expectations and raising potential challenges when required.
Take a keen interest in proofing and checking all work, making sure that all creative is consistent and correct.
Maintain clear and strong communication between all stakeholders including client, creative team and suppliers.
Build a good understanding of the clients' business.
Manage key marketing activities, taking ownership and responsibility for projects.
Ensure the prompt delivery of assets and materials/ components for campaigns and events
Develop, maintain and grow relationships with clients.
Make use of excellent written communication skills and provide written copy when required.
Be confident in managing the delegation of tasks where appropriate.
Support other Account Team members when necessary.
Travel internationally to meet clients and support events as needed.
Key Requirements:Ideally 2+ years' experience in account management in a marketing agency, as either an Account Manager or Account Executive.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Comfortable presenting to clients in person and online.
Flexible, team player - collaborative approach
Fantastic time management skills
Great organisation and prioritisation skills
Self-motivated with an eye for detail
Effective campaign management
