As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will be in charge of operating our revenue system to keep GTM and Finance teams connected from lead generation to customer retention. You will report to our Head of Finance and collaborate with the GTM team to ensure the reliability of our sales and financial data, provide insights on the revenue lifecycle and support business opportunities.

Your efforts will directly contribute to optimizing our revenue processes and enhancing sales performance, ultimately supporting Kiln's mission to democratize value creation in the digital assets ecosystem.


Responsibilities:

  • Revenue optimization, financial reporting and analysis
    • Oversee computation of key revenue metrics, customer reporting and rebating to drive actionable insights.
    • Forecast revenue using historical and market data to inform strategic decisions and resource allocation.
    • Work with the Engineering team to enhance financial data systems and automate reports, improving efficiency and accuracy.
    • Oversee invoicing and collections, streamline processes, and resolve issues to enhance efficiency.
  • Strategic GTM operations and sales enablement
    • Analyze financial and sales data to identify trends and insights, connecting them to revenue outcomes and business strategy.
    • Monitor sales performance, focusing on key indicators to inform and recommend strategic improvements.
    • Manage the deal desk, aligning with revenue standards and streamlining deal approvals.
    • Ensure CRM data integrity and optimize workflows, supporting effective sales strategies in collaboration with the GTM team.


Stack:

Requirements:


  • +3 years of experience in the enterprise SaaS industry as Revenue Operations
    or equivalent with a mix of Finance and Sales/Account responsibilities.
  • Proven experience with financial modeling, KPIs and reporting, sales pipeline and account lifecycle management analysis.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, with SQL/Python scripting skills.
  • Proficient with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot...) workflow and reporting features.

  • Deep knowledge of Blockchain / protocols, cryptocurrency / DeFi.
  • Native or perfectly fluent in English.


Nice-to-have:

  • Professional experience in a Blockchain/Crypto or FinTech company.
  • Native or perfectly fluent in French.
