Revenue Operations Analyst

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to oversee the implementation of enhancements to our Revenue Management system. This role is essential for our Revenue team to effectively execute innovative pricing strategies while managing commercial risks.

You will be responsible for delivering system upgrades and promoting automation, while maintaining a thorough understanding of data feeds and their interaction with various data sources.


Your Responsibilities:
  • Administer and implement changes to the Revenue Management system, identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the Revenue Management system, collaborating with external partners to resolve complex issues.
  • Assist in the development and execution of the Revenue Management system change plan.
  • Manage reporting requirements and collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to ensure effective delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with commercial systems and process ownership.
  • Strong numerical skills, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient research skills, capable of gathering insights from various internal stakeholders to support project execution.
  • Background in Revenue Management is highly desirable, along with knowledge of SQL.
