About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Specialist to join our client's Revenue team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the billing and credit control processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the billing and credit control processes, including e-billing and debtor management.
  • Liaise with partners and fee earners to resolve billing disputes and ensure smooth WIP management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely communication.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including debtor and WIP statements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a Revenue management capacity within a law firm, accounting practice, or consultancy business.
  • Strong knowledge of billing and credit control processes, including e-billing and WIP management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prepare and analyze financial reports.
