At Meliá Hotels International S.A., we are seeking a skilled Revenue Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for maximizing the RevPar of our hotel by managing our pricing strategy on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
  2. Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximize revenue opportunities.
  4. Provide regular reports to management on revenue performance and market trends.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in revenue management or a related field.
  2. Knowledge of SAP/AFO and other revenue management systems.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
