Drive Revenue Growth with LGH Hotels Management Ltd

We are seeking a skilled Cluster Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team at LGH Hotels Management Ltd. As a key member of our revenue growth strategy, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing profitability for our hotel clusters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze historical data and monitor demand patterns to inform revenue management strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with market intelligence to develop effective pricing and positioning tactics.
  • Collaborate with pricing, strategy, and reporting teams to drive revenue growth and optimize profitability.
  • Ensure accuracy in rate loading within our Central Reservation System (CRS) and Property Management System (PMS).
  • Maintain the integrity of our pricing data to ensure seamless operations.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry, preferably managing revenue for multiple hotel clusters or properties.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, proficient in data interpretation and utilizing revenue management tools and software.
  • In-depth understanding of the local and regional hospitality market, including industry trends, competitor analysis, and market segmentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a history of effectively working with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to the success of our hotel clusters.
