Cluster Revenue Manager, Hospitality Group, London.

£55,000 + bonus

We are proud to be representing a company that specialises in the investment, development, and management of hospitality properties. It focuses on acquiring and operating hotels, resorts, and other hospitality-related real estate. They are looking for a strong Cluster Revenue Manager to join their team.

The Cluster Revenue Manager will be commercially astute and responsible for maximising total revenue and profits for the designated portfolio of hotels through the strategic coordination of revenue management.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective budgeting, forecasting, and support business planning through strong data analysis and market intelligence.
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies based on sound commercial judgement to ensure RGI targets are achieved.
  • Ensure professional and efficient utilisation of all systems, in line with Axiom Hospitality ways of Revenue Management.
  • Carry out effective information gathering and analysis to identify and maximise all possible opportunities while minimising risks.
  • Engage actively with hotel teams and senior leadership in all revenue decisions by maintaining regular communication to implement optimal strategies and controls.
  • Inspire, train, and coach hotel team members (including Booking Services, BDM) to deliver optimum performance.
  • Drive incremental EBITDA, RevPAR, Total Revenue, and Fair Market Share performance.
  • Ensure high quality of revenue management processes and communications are applied consistently.
  • Build relationships with Brand Partners' revenue teams and ensure continuous learning of their revenue and pricing strategies.
  • Follow all company procedures relating to targeting, measuring, and reporting.
  • Promote the image of the Company and the hotels by providing quality customer care standards both internally and externally.

The ideal candidate:

  • Demonstrable track record in Revenue Management with the ability to grow market share and budget delivery.
  • Fully conversant with PMS and RMS.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Understanding of the hospitality and travel industry.
  • Able to function independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of a portfolio of hotels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strong IT skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills (written and verbal).
