Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor pricing to drive revenue growth and RevPar for assigned hotels.
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to optimize inventory and revenue streams.
  • Implement an aggressive overbooking strategy to maximize revenue and drive cross-selling opportunities between hotels.
  • Stay up-to-date with new systems and tools to ensure revenue maximization.
  • Analyze data from relevant systems to inform problem-solving and revenue optimization.
  • Generate revenue forecasts and budgets for all hotels within the area of responsibility.
