About the Role

The Revenue Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability at RBH hotels. Reporting to the General Manager, this key position is responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies that align with the hotel's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute revenue management plans to optimize room rates, occupancy, and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to inform pricing and yield management decisions.
  • Prepare and present revenue management reports to senior management, owners, and asset managers.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, events, and operations teams to align revenue management strategies with overall hotel objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the in-house Reservations team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set objectives, and provide training to ensure team members' professional growth.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a revenue management role with a similar size and quality hotel.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Proficiency with revenue management systems, preferably Hilton systems such as OnQ, OnQ R&I, and Grow.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
