Job Summary

Career Legal is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the revenue and credit control functions, ensuring the firm's financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Leadership
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive revenue growth and improve cash flow.
    • Manage the firm's financial risk, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Billing and Collections
    • Oversee the billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
    • Lead the collections team, focusing on prompt payment and cash flow management.
  • Financial Reporting
    • Provide regular financial reports to the CFO, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of financial professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.

Requirements

  • Leadership and Management
    • Proven leadership experience in a financial role, with a track record of driving revenue growth and improving financial performance.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Financial Expertise
    • Advanced knowledge of financial systems, processes, and regulations.
    • Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in financial software, including billing and accounting systems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks.
