Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Professional to join our team at Meliá Hotels International. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and driving business growth across our hotel portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and market trends to inform pricing strategies and optimize revenue streams.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to ensure peak performance and maximize revenue.
  • Monitor and manage distribution channels, including GDS, IDS, and direct hotel bookings, to ensure optimal revenue capture.
  • Generate and action plans to address revenue challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of revenue management strategies.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in revenue management or a related field within the hotel industry.
  • Proficient in pricing, forecasting, and benchmarking.
  • Experience with revenue management software, such as Opera, Switch, or Duetto, is desirable.
  • Knowledge of SAP/AFO is a plus.
