Job Overview

MRK Associates is seeking a seasoned Revenue Manager to join their team on a permanent hybrid working basis. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and RevPar for a portfolio of hotels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing, forecasting, and benchmarking, with experience in leading a team and inspiring them to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor pricing to drive revenue growth and RevPar for assigned hotels.
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to optimize revenue streams and market segments.
  • Implement an aggressive overbooking strategy to maximize revenue and drive cross-selling opportunities between hotels.
  • Stay up-to-date with new systems and tools to ensure revenue maximization and optimize business processes.
  • Analyze data from various systems to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage revenue forecasts and budgets for all hotels within your area of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in revenue management, with a strong background in pricing, forecasting, and benchmarking.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with revenue management systems, such as Opera, Switch, and Duetto.
