About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Management Strategist to join our team at Generator x Freehand Hotels. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and optimizing financial performance across our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse market trends and competitor data to develop and implement effective revenue management strategies
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Sales teams to drive revenue growth and improve market share
  • Develop and deliver regular financial reports and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Liaise with the Finance team to support financial planning and budgeting
  • Coach and develop the technical skills of the commercial team
  • Travel to properties as required to support revenue growth initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a revenue management role at a similar level
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving financial performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; other languages an asset
