We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Management Strategist to join our team at Generator x Freehand Hotels. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and optimizing financial performance across our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse market trends and competitor data to develop and implement effective revenue management strategies
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Sales teams to drive revenue growth and improve market share
- Develop and deliver regular financial reports and analysis to inform business decisions
- Liaise with the Finance team to support financial planning and budgeting
- Coach and develop the technical skills of the commercial team
- Travel to properties as required to support revenue growth initiatives
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a revenue management role at a similar level
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving financial performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; other languages an asset
