This is an excellent opportunity for a revenue management professional to join a well-established and growing global brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing, forecasting, and benchmarking, with experience in leading a team and inspiring them to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor pricing to drive revenue growth and RevPar for assigned hotels.
- Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to optimize revenue streams and market segments.
- Implement an aggressive overbooking strategy to maximize revenue and drive cross-selling opportunities between hotels.
- Stay up-to-date with new systems and tools to ensure revenue maximization and optimize business processes.
- Analyze data from various systems to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage revenue forecasts and budgets for all hotels within your area of responsibility.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in revenue management, with a strong background in pricing, forecasting, and benchmarking.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with revenue management systems, such as Opera, Switch, and Duetto, is highly desirable.
