Hotel Revenue Manager

At Marriott International, we are seeking a skilled Hotel Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and driving business growth for our hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and report revenue management data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Manage rooms inventory to maximize revenue and ensure optimal pricing.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure alignment with brand philosophies and initiatives.
  • Provide revenue management expertise to cluster general managers and leadership teams.
Requirements:
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related major.
  • 3 years of experience in revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
  • 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related major.
  • 1 year of experience in revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
