Job Overview

The Revenue Strategy & Operations division at BlueOptima is integral to shaping and implementing pivotal business strategies within the revenue sector. This team excels in strategic planning, analytical assessments, and operational execution, utilizing their skills to steer the organization effectively.

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations and Strategy Specialist who will enhance the overall efficiency of the revenue organization and provide them with essential tools and training to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will engage with various facets of guiding a data-centric revenue organization, empowering them with the necessary tools, methodologies, and processes to thrive:

  • Facilitate strategic, organizational, and operational projects aimed at increasing revenue, boosting sales productivity, and enhancing operational effectiveness.
  • Analyze critical revenue indicators, trends, and performance metrics to derive strategic insights. Convert data into actionable recommendations and communicate findings to revenue leadership and the broader organization.
  • Oversee and interpret all data produced by the revenue teams, supplying senior management with insights on focal areas for their efforts.
  • Manage the suite of revenue-enhancing tools, including AI, automation, and CRM systems, ensuring they deliver value and revenue for clients. This encompasses tool selection, ROI monitoring, and data workflow automation.
  • Collaborate with and influence cross-departmental projects within areas such as Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
  • Proactively identify and refine processes and systems to enhance scalability and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, consulting, or a client-facing role.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities to positively impact the organization.
  • Excellent analytical and advisory skills to assist the global leadership team in making informed decisions.
  • Genuine interest in startups, technology, and software development.
