Role Overview
As a Revenue Operations Strategy Manager, you will be instrumental in steering business planning, generating actionable insights, and driving operational excellence within our organization. You will work closely with various teams, including Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with management to ensure data-driven decision-making and optimize resources for growth and return on investment.
- Conduct comprehensive business analyses to uncover critical growth opportunities and enhance cost efficiencies.

- Champion operational excellence by establishing scalable process improvements within revenue operations.
- Lead essential projects and initiatives from conception to execution.

- Develop and execute market entry strategies for new products or services.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, mathematics, or a related quantitative field; an MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in business or strategic planning, revenue operations, or relevant consulting roles, particularly in B2B technology or SaaS.
- In-depth understanding of B2B sales and go-to-market strategies and processes.
- Proven track record of identifying, leading, and executing strategies that drive revenue growth and operational efficiencies.
- Strong project management skills developed through roles in management consulting or strategic planning within technology firms.
- Proactive and self-sufficient work style, thriving in dynamic settings.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of leading quantitative analyses and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including modeling, and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Qlik.
- Strong leadership, influence, and execution capabilities across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems; CRM implementation experience is a plus.
