About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Strategy and Operations Associate to join our team at BlueOptima. As a key member of our Revenue Strategy & Operations team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing key business decisions within the revenue organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth and Optimization: Coordinate strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives aimed at boosting revenue, enhancing sales productivity, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Evaluate key revenue drivers, trends, and operating metrics to uncover strategic insights. Transform data into actionable insights and convey recommendations to revenue leadership and the wider organization.
  • Revenue Tool Management: Manage and analyze all data generated by the revenue teams, providing senior leadership with insights on where to concentrate their efforts. Oversee the suite of revenue tools, including AI, automation, and CRM systems, ensuring they generate revenue and value for clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with and influence cross-functional projects within departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
  • Process Improvement: Actively identify and redefine processes and systems to enhance and ensure we scale the business effectively.
Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of experience within revenue operations, sales operations, operations, consulting, client-facing role, or corporate development.
  • Good organizational and project management skills to impact the organization.
  • Strong analytical and advisory skills to guide global leadership teams to make the right decisions.
  • Passion for startups, technology, and software development.
