Revenue Strategy and Operations Associate

About the Role
The Revenue Strategy and Operations team at BlueOptima plays a crucial role in shaping and executing key business decisions within the revenue organization. We are seeking a data-driven and technical Revenue Strategy and Operations Associate who will impact the entire revenue organization's efficiency and equip them with the right tools and training to succeed in their jobs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives aimed at boosting revenue, enhancing sales productivity, and improving operational efficiency
- Evaluate key revenue drivers, trends, and operating metrics to uncover strategic insights. Transform data into actionable insights and convey recommendations to revenue leadership and the wider organisation
- Manage and analyze all data generated by the revenue teams, providing senior leadership with insights on where to concentrate their efforts
- Oversee the suite of revenue tools, including AI, automation, and CRM systems, ensuring they generate revenue and value for clients. This includes selecting tools, monitoring return on investment (ROI), and automating data workflows
- Collaborate with and influence cross-functional projects within departments such as Marketing, Finance, Customer Success
- Actively identify and redefine processes and systems to enhance and ensure we scale the business effectively
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience within revenue operations, sales operations, operations, consulting, client facing role or corporate development
- Good organizational and project management skills to impact the organization
- Strong analytical and advisory skills to guide global leadership team to make the right decisions
- Passion for startups, technology, and software development
