About the Role:

The Lamington Group, a leading hospitality business, is seeking a seasoned Revenue Strategy Manager to lead the Revenue and Reservations teams. This strategic role offers the opportunity to shape the revenue function across the group's room2 hometels and Lamington Apartments during an exciting phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth: Develop comprehensive revenue management strategies to drive revenue performance and profitability across the portfolio.
  • Market Analysis: Perform detailed market analysis to stay ahead of trends, competitors, and opportunities, and lead accurate forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Leadership: Take ownership of the Revenue and Reservations teams, leading and developing your teams to implement strategic, forward-thinking revenue solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and hotel operations to ensure alignment of revenue management strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in hotel or hospitality revenue management roles with multi-property oversight.
  • 3+ years managing and developing teams to drive performance and deliver results.
  • Proven expertise in revenue strategy, pricing, and forecasting, with advanced analytical and Excel skills.
