Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Strategy and Operations Associate to join our team at BlueOptima. This role plays a crucial part in shaping and executing key business decisions within the revenue organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field, with excellent organizational and project management skills. They will be passionate about startups, technology, and software development, and have a creative, innovative, and welcoming mindset.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives aimed at boosting revenue, enhancing sales productivity, and improving operational efficiency. They will manage and analyze all data generated by the revenue teams, providing senior leadership with insights on where to concentrate their efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Overseeing the suite of revenue tools, including AI, automation, and CRM systems, ensuring they generate revenue and value for clients.
  2. Collaborating with and influencing cross-functional projects within departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
  3. Actively identifying and redefining processes and systems to enhance and ensure we scale the business effectively.
