We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Revenue Strategy and Operations Associate to join our dynamic team at BlueOptima. As a key member of our Revenue Strategy & Operations team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing key business decisions within the revenue organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate strategic initiatives to boost revenue, enhance sales productivity, and improve operational efficiency
  • Evaluate key revenue drivers, trends, and operating metrics to uncover strategic insights and provide actionable recommendations to revenue leadership
  • Manage and analyze data generated by revenue teams, providing senior leadership with insights on where to concentrate efforts
  • Oversee revenue tools, including AI, automation, and CRM systems, ensuring they generate revenue and value for clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional projects within departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success
  • Identify and redefine processes and systems to enhance and ensure business scalability
Requirements:
  • 1-2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, operations, consulting, client-facing roles, or corporate development
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to impact the organization
  • Excellent analytical and advisory skills to guide global leadership teams
  • Passion for startups, technology, and software development
