Revenue Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team at Connsuite. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and optimizing business operations.
About the Role:
The Senior Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager will be responsible for building and executing core operational processes, including business planning, reporting, and ongoing business operations management. You will also partner with the Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing, and Support organizations to maintain or develop long-term relationships with key brands and agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement proactive and scaled processes and solutions that improve the efficiency and efficacy of the Sales Operations team.
- Partner with the Sales and business leadership team to optimize resource allocation across teams, measuring progress against sales goals, and assisting in key sales management meetings.
- Develop analytical frameworks, tools, and techniques to plan and communicate short and longer-term resource needs.
- Work with cross-functional partners to ensure successful execution of key projects, while continually finding opportunities for ongoing program improvements and enhancements.
- Help find opportunities to improve sales team efficiencies and lead efforts to scale standard methodologies across the organization.
- Participate and help steer regional and global initiatives as appropriate and ensure that global initiatives are rolled out properly to every region.
- Conduct strategic market insights, including competitive landscape analysis, to help formulate go-to-market plans.
- Actively participate in building Quarterly Business Reviews with the sales teams.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of work experience in a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable in the creation and delivery of presentations to senior leaders.
- Project management mindset on task execution.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent with specialization in marketing, finance, business, or a related field of study.
- Experience researching and manipulating complex and large data sets.
- Strong working knowledge and skills in spreadsheet and presentation software.
- Facilitation experience and the ability to lead programs such as strategy planning sessions.
- Experience working across multiple functions/business units, influencing and collaborating with others to successfully implement programs.
Desired:
- Experience in the digital marketing industry and familiarity with popular digital advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with SQL or any other form of database querying language a plus.
- MBA/MS or equivalent with specialization in marketing, finance, mathematics, business, or a related field of study.Get In Touch
