About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Revenue Strategy and Operations Associate to join our team at BlueOptima Group. As a key member of our Revenue Strategy & Operations team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing key business decisions within the revenue organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Manage and analyze all data generated by the revenue teams, providing senior leadership with actionable insights on where to concentrate their efforts.
  • Revenue Tool Management: Oversee the suite of revenue tools, including AI, automation, and CRM systems, ensuring they generate revenue and value for clients. This includes selecting tools, monitoring return on investment (ROI), and automating data workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with and influence cross-functional projects within departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
  • Process Improvement: Actively identify and redefine processes and systems to enhance and ensure we scale the business effectively.
