Key Responsibilities:

- Document designs and conduct feasibility studies to ensure seamless system implementation.
Revenue Operations Analysis:
- Gather and validate business requirements to inform system development and optimization.
- Develop solutions to enhance user experience and efficiency, driving business growth and revenue.
- Advise on system changes and sales data management to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
System Administration:
- Manage system maintenance, user setup, and workflows to ensure smooth system operation.

Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (CSA) certification.
