At Hyperexponential Ltd, we're seeking a talented Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue operations team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging data analysis and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and KPIs across revenue functions, enabling teams to self-serve and make data-driven decisions.
  2. Forecasting & Planning: Monitor sales pipeline health, interrogate forecasts, and produce insights into variances to recommend adjustments and improve forecast accuracy.
  3. Compensation Plans: Design and execute revenue organisation compensation plans that align with business goals, monitor their impact, and suggest territory adjustments based on sales performance and market data.
Requirements:
  1. 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, or sales operations, preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
  2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  3. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  4. Excellent communication skills to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
