We're seeking a talented Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team at Hyperexponential Ltd. As a key member of our revenue operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and key performance indicators across each revenue function, enabling teams to self-serve and make data-driven decisions.
  2. Forecasting & Planning: Monitor the health of the sales pipeline, interrogate forecasts, and produce insights into variances to recommend adjustments and improve forecast accuracy.
  3. Compensation Plans: Design and execute revenue organisation compensation plans that align with business goals, monitor their impact on performance, and suggest territory adjustments based on sales performance and market data.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of experience in a revenue operations, business operations, or sales operations role, preferably within a SaaS or tech company.
  2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  3. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
