Revenue Operations Specialist

At BlueOptima, we are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue Strategy & Operations team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing key business decisions within the revenue organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive revenue growth, enhance sales productivity, and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate strategic initiatives to boost revenue and improve operational efficiency
- Analyze key revenue drivers, trends, and operating metrics to uncover strategic insights
- Manage and analyze data generated by revenue teams to provide senior leadership with actionable insights
- Oversee revenue tools, including AI, automation, and CRM systems, to ensure they generate revenue and value for clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional projects within departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, operations, consulting, client-facing roles, or corporate development
- Strong analytical and advisory skills to guide global leadership teams
- Passion for startups, technology, and software development
