About the Role

Figma is a leading design and collaboration platform that empowers teams to create and innovate together. We're seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Specialist to join our finance team and contribute to our mission of making design accessible to all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide expert knowledge of revenue recognition and contract management
  • Participate in the month-end close process, including contract review, journal entries, and financial reporting
  • Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards
  • Continuously improve business processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Assist in the annual audit and quarterly reviews, including walkthroughs and financial statement preparation
  • Drive process improvements to reduce the accounting close cycle duration
  • Support ad-hoc projects and requests as needed
Requirements
  • 3+ years of combined experience in public accounting and corporate revenue accounting
  • Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS technology business
  • Up-to-date knowledge of revenue recognition standards and contract management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced ERP experience, preferably in Netsuite, Workday, or Oracle
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • ACA candidate preferred
  • SOX compliant public company experience
  • High proficiency in the NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management module, particularly in multi-currencies
