The Challenge

The Partner Sales Manager (PSM) is passionate about aligning partner value to customer accounts with the Sales Organization in the UK & Ireland , Middle East and Africa Markets. The role is an extension of the Adobe Sales organisation with responsibility for Leading Systems Integrators, eCommerce, Digital and Marketing Agencies, who are passionate about Adobe Digital Experience solutions. You will work with your portfolio of partners and Sales and Marketing to drive partner pipeline , go-to-market strategy and drive that pipe into bookings . This position will be based out of London.

What You'll Do

  • Drive indirect partner sales revenue by maintaining successful relationships with decision makers across the region. This will be done at the executive and management levels at Systems Integrators, Digital and Agencies.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive deal registration with your partners.
  • Lead and collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies with new and existing partners.
  • Work with Partners to drive joint marketing initiatives through events and other marketing campaigns that generate quantifiable demand.
  • Work creatively with Partners around co solutioning and the Partner Solution Consulting team to ensure effective Sales enablement around Adobe solutions.
  • Work with the Partners to develop Partner success metrics that drive customer adoption and revenue growth using a Joint Business Plan to measure effectiveness of the Partnership.
  • Deliver compelling capabilities demonstrations of the platform and address high level technical questions, serving as a subject matter authority within digital experience ecosystems.
  • Assist leadership in cultivating an environment of collaboration, willingness, creativity, and continuous improvement.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Drive, Energy, Commercial Acumen and Sales DNA
  • Superb Relationship/Network building skills
  • Experience of working in a Matrix organisation with strong collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in business or similar field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience with alliances and partners in particular Global System Integrators and Global Agencies.
  • Direct or indirect sales experience
  • Track record of developing and growing partner businesses
  • Abilities to engage up to C-level executives within the partners
  • Software company experience, agency or SI/Agency background is a plus
  • You thrive with challenges and have history of successfully, consistently achieving revenue goals and objectives, within a sophisticated client acquisition driven business, preferably in the mid-market or enterprise space.
  • Passion for getting things done in an ambiguous environment, enjoy working hard, are full of energy for challenges, and seize opportunities more than others.
