THE ROLE We are looking for a Marketing Production Assistant to join the Marketing Production team, reporting into the Marketing Production Manager.

This team produces revolutionary global customer experiences across the Farfetch website and app and drives innovation, automation and scalability.

You will assist with the daily content management across the Farfetch website and app including the homepages, landing pages, navigation and promotional touchpoints.

You will build, schedule, publish and QA content refreshes for brand campaigns, trade activity and seasonal moments, working with multiple teams across the business.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will build, schedule, publish and QA content updates and experiments across the Farfetch website and app
  • You will coordinate the localisation process for content refreshes and promotional activity
  • You will support the onsite delivery of brand campaigns, trade activity and seasonal moments
  • You will ensure consistency, accuracy and timely delivery across all content touchpoints
  • You will develop recommendations to improve content production processes
  • You will work with multiple teams across the business including designers, copywriters, translators and product managers
  • You will analyse and troubleshoot CMS issues, promptly escalating where necessary to resolve them
  • You will support the evolution of our tooling strategy, focusing on innovation and scalability
