Reporting directly to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns for both new product launches and ongoing product initiatives at Trinny London.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, your daily tasks will include:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of product marketing strategies for all new product launches and focus areas.
  • Collaborating across the marketing team and broader organization to ensure alignment in a comprehensive vision, timeline, and plans for product initiatives.
  • Defining and validating the unique selling propositions (USPs) for various product categories to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Supporting the Senior Product Marketing Manager in crafting detailed product briefs with clear objectives and coordinating with stakeholders across Marketing, Product Innovation, Operations, and Technology.
  • Working with key stakeholders to achieve revenue targets for new product launches in a cost-effective manner.
  • Gathering and sharing real-time data and insights related to product launches to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Evaluating opportunities through research and analysis to develop actionable product strategies and recommendations for both digital and in-store execution.
  • Providing benchmark data for all product marketing initiatives, including comparisons to previous launches and relevant market insights.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of all product categories and core competitors, along with their marketing strategies.
  • Analyzing the customer lifecycle across all product categories to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborating closely with Editorial, Performance Marketing, Communications, Community, Copy, Design, and Technology teams to ensure all areas meet the requirements for product launches.
  • Maintaining proactive communication with cross-functional stakeholders to keep them informed of key developments.
  • Continuously reviewing relevant product categories and sharing market trends to propose new product ideas or modifications.
  • Mentoring and supporting the Product Marketing Assistant.
  • Assisting other teams with briefing and overseeing additional marketing assets.
  • Managing company-wide timelines and processes to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinating and leading meetings with key stakeholders and executives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing and/or project management.
  • Background in the beauty industry, particularly in marketing or a related role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work with diverse teams.
