A leading Private Equity firm with investments throughout Europe is in search of a Marketing Specialist to enhance the marketing operations through a variety of offline initiatives, particularly focusing on PowerPoint presentations and event management. This role is strictly non-digital.

Experience in B2B financial services or professional services is crucial.

Note: Sponsorship is not available, now or in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and enhancement of presentations and case studies across various sectors.
  • Ensure consistent and appropriate brand representation across all marketing channels.
  • Maintain high standards for all content and marketing materials.
  • Support the development of customized materials such as marketing brochures, ESG reports, and brand marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of over 100 events annually, including venue selection, invitations, and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in PowerPoint design and production, with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in B2B financial services or professional services is essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with InDesign is a plus, though training can be provided.
  • Proven skills in copywriting and editing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaborative skills and flexibility to meet deadlines.
  • Confidence in taking briefs and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management and multitasking.
  • A genuine interest in learning and developing new skills.
  • Exemplifies values of empathy, ambition, and accountability.

Compensation: £45,000 - £55,000 base salary plus a 20% bonus and additional benefits.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with 3 days in the office.
